Hello everyone! My name is Salma El Mossalamy and welcome to Camellia’s Bakery!
I have had a deep passion for baking since I was old enough to hold a whisk. My love and talent for baking is credited to my mother who always made decadent homemade desserts for my family based on the recipes that her mother taught her. In fact, the name and logo for Camellia’s Bakery were inspired by my maternal grandmother’s name and her baking skills that have been passed down for generations.
